The surface of the box only contains the delivery address and phone number provided by the customer. Refund Policy:
If the product that needs to be returned or exchanged has quality defects: within three days of receiving the product, please contact us: uloversdollus@gmail.com. We will replace it with a new product equivalent to the original defective product or refund you. You can only return the goods in their original condition. Do not return without prior notice.

2. The product is scratched or damaged due to customer reasons.
3. The product after the product label is removed.
4. For products ordered outside this website.
5. If the product is not in its original state, it is a product that has been used by the customer.
The exchange acceptance period is 3 days from the date of product shipment
(This exchange is only applicable to "unused products", please check when the product is shipped.)
Important tips:
(1) In principle, we do not accept cancellations after the production order is made for customer-friendly reasons.
(2) However, if cancellation is required due to operational errors, etc., it can be cancelled immediately after the order is placed.
(3) Accept cancellations of products before shipment.
* A 20% surcharge will be added for cancellations before shipment.
(4) Accept cancellations of products during transportation.
* A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the product will be charged during the transportation of the product.
(5) Cancellation of products after delivery.
If the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Love tips:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within the specified number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds
If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again first.
